Business Development Manager
Spoon, a leading developer of application virtualization and delivery technologies,
is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our virtualization product team in
the Seattle area. Full-time positions only are available.

Primary responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close business development opportunities
- Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate partner and channel programs
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential partners and
enterprise decision-makers
- Author whitepapers, case studies, best practice documents, and other relevant
collateral
Qualifications:
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills. This
position involves significant interaction with highly sophisticated customers
(developers, VP-level engineering, CTO/CIOs, and similar).
- Extremely strong background
in information technology required. In particular, you must have sufficient
technical ability to thoroughly understand our products and assist customers
with technical implementation.
- Programming experience required
- Bachelor's
degree in a relevant discipline from accredited 4-year institution required.
Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
- Two years of relevant professional experience required
- Ability to use a
computer and/or be on the phone during most work hours.
- Ability to work
independently and with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
Product Marketing Manager
Spoon, a leading developer of application virtualization and delivery technologies,
is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our virtualization product team in

Primary responsibilities:

Develop effective marketing copy, web content, sales collateral, case studies, press
releases, and other key communications materials

Develop and manage marketing and public relations campaigns, trade show operations,
social media presence, mailings, and other communications and technology evangelism
efforts

Cultivate relationships with members of the IT, media, and development communities

Work directly with product development and support teams to improve messaging and
response to customer feedback

Software Engineer

seeking Software Engineers to join our virtualization product team in the Seattle
area. Full-time and summer internship positions are available.

Primary responsibilities:
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain high-quality code for our virtualization and
streaming engine, development tools, and/or server software products.
- Design and develop effective automated unit tests.
- Work directly with product support and customer engineers to debug and resolve challenging
technical problems.
- Develop and meet project schedules and maintain accurate defect-tracking database
records.
Qualifications:
- Extremely strong technical and problem-solving skills, including ability to develop
and debug software in C#.
- Ability to develop and debug low-level software in C and/or experience with assembly-level
debugging strongly preferred.
- Advanced mathematical and/or graduate-level computer science background strongly
preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, pure or applied mathematics,
or electrical engineering required.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Account Manager
Spoon, a leading developer of app virtualization and streaming technologies, is
seeking Technical Account Managers to join our app streaming product team in the
Seattle area. Full-time positions only are available.

Primary responsibilities:
- Assist potential customers and business partners with proof-of-concept implementations
and other technical product evaluations, and resolve technical issues.
- Respond to incoming support inquiries and work with the development team to improve
product quality.
- Cultivate relationships with members of the IT and development communities.
- Maintain accurate account records, activity logs, and bug information in the CRM
and support databases.
Qualifications:
- Strong information technology and systems administration skills. In particular,
you must have sufficient technical ability to thoroughly understand our products,
assist customers with technical implementations, and resolve support issues.
- Some programming experience (C# or Java) and database experience (SQL Server) preferred.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills. This position involves significant
interaction with highly sophisticated customers (developers, VP-level engineering,
CTOs, and similar).
- Ability to use a computer and/or be on the phone during most work hours.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
